Benjamin Williams

Benji is the Owner/Operator of Transocean Equipment Management, assuming the leadership role following founder Bob Gaines’s retirement in 2023. His leadership is built upon a robust and diverse entrepreneurial background spanning over four decades, having successfully owned and managed a variety of businesses since 1980.

He channeled this extensive experience into the container industry, initially joining Transocean in January 2009 as an independent agent to support the mission of becoming the preeminent provider of containers for domestic, international, and custom users.

Due to his success and dedication, Benjamin became a partner in 2012 and now leads the organization. His deep understanding of diverse business operations—from trailer rentals to on-site storage—makes him an invaluable leader in driving Transocean’s commitment to excellence and growth.

Allison Hubbard

Allison is a dynamic and adaptable sales professional in the container industry, known for her commitment to client success and continuous learning. She joined the team as an independent contractor in 2023 before earning a transition to a full-time sales role in 2024, quickly demonstrating her value and commitment to the family business.

Her unique strength lies in the seamless transfer of skills from her previous career in education. She expertly utilizes a background built on robust relationship building and exceptional organizational skills—foundational elements she recognizes as critical for long-term sales partnerships. Allison approaches her role with an eagerness to acquire new industry knowledge!

John McCarthy

John brings a wealth of deep industry expertise to Transocean, built on over 22 years of service as a National Sales Manager for one of the country’s largest cargo container companies.

In early 2024, John joined Transocean to serve as the exclusive agent for the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast US regions. He is focused on leveraging his extensive experience across sales, purchasing, and container modification to drive Transocean’s expansion and help clients—from individuals and small businesses to major corporations—find the right container solutions.

John looks forward to strengthening the company’s footprint by collaborating with his established network of well-known business partners and friends, demonstrating his commitment to long-term professional relationships.

Tina Barnes

Tina serves as the dynamic face of Transocean, bringing nearly three decades of specialized experience in the container and logistics industry to her role. Her extensive tenure underscores a deep understanding of the region’s unique needs and logistics demands, making her a trusted resource for clients and colleagues alike.

Tina is highly committed to building and maintaining professional connections, thriving on the power of networking to foster successful partnerships and stay ahead of industry trends. She is from Savannah and leverages this local expertise to drive regional success.
